As a leading construction company in residential, commercial, education, Health and Care Kind’s commitment and reputation for quality was already established. They also had a strong commitment to the environment and health and safety, but felt this needed to be formally and independently recognised through ISO certification.
Increase Success was recommended to Kind and we successfully built and implemented their integrated management system including Environmental and Health & Safety to our existing Quality Certification. Increase Success has been retained to provide ongoing consultancy and annual internal audits which contributed towards further improvement opportunities and ongoing compliance.
