Stanton Willians is a leading, high profile Architect organisation with a strong commitment to Quality. Increase Success Ltd has been working for many years with Stanton Williams providing annual consultancy, completing Internal Audits and supporting the Management Reviews.
The practise was already committed to the reduction of impact on the environment through design but wanted to formally capture this commitment through an ISO Environmental Certification. Increase Success Ltd was approached to provide an integrated management system supporting both ISO9001:2015 and ISO14001:2015.
We provided valuable consultancy, built and implemented the system and worked with the practise to secure successful certification with zero non-conformities.
